Some provisions of the Concept of the Forest code of the Russian Federation

The issues of functioning of state forestry organizations, the creation of which is proposed in the concept of the Forest Code of the Russian Federation, are considered. Possible legal and financial difficulties of state forestry organizations activities and interaction between participants in forest relations in Russia are discussed.
